This refund policy applies to all purchases of the kriss.films Video Editing Masterclass (₹99 one-time fee). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled live session. Once the session has started, or if the recording has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Email hello@krissfilms.com with your registered email address and payment ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Digital assets (templates, presets, plugins) distributed as part of the masterclass package are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
